CAMP & DANCE 2026 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

1. Dance passes (£50 per person) are non-refundable.

2. Your pass(es) may be transferred to others, so long as the same m:f ratio takes your place(s) for gender balance. 

3. Your pitch booking with Blaithwaite is separate and will be subject to their T&Cs 

4. We recommend you have travel insurance whereby you can make a claim if you need to cancel (we can provide a receipt). 

5. In the event of the event being cancelled by us, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer your place to a new event (that would be your choice). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or deferments for any other reasons such as illness, or a change in personal circumstances.
