CAMP & DANCE 2025 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

1. Payments cannot be refunded within 6 weeks of the event. The reasons for this are:-
   (a) We sign a contract with the site owners based on numbers booked
   (b) We pay the site in advance
   (c) Teacher, DJ and other overheads are based on bookings during the lead up to the event, we need ensure the event is financially viable

2. Your place may be transferred to someone else, so long as the same m:f ratio takes your place(s) for gender balance.  

3. We recommend you have travel insurance whereby you can make a claim if you need to cancel (we can provide a receipt). 

4. In the event of the event being cancelled by us, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer your place to a new event (that would be your choice). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or deferments for any other reasons such as illness, or a change in personal circumstances.
