PARTY AT THE PALACE 2026 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The £25 deposit cannot be refunded/deferred but your place may be transferred to someone else, so long as the same m:f ratio takes your place(s) for gender balance.
Full payments are refundable (less the £25 deposit) until 1st December 2025. After that date your payment is non-refundable but your place may be transferred to someone else. The reasons for this are:-
(a) We sign a contract with the hotel based on numbers booked
(b) We pay the hotel in advance due to our group reserving a high volume of rooms
(c) Teacher fees, DJ costs and other overheads are based on bookings during the lead up to the event, we need ensure the event is financially viableIf you need to cancel, you have the option of selling your place to another dancer, so long as the same m:f ratio takes your place(s) for gender balance.
We strongly recommend you have travel insurance whereby you can make a claim if you need to cancel (we can provide a receipt).
In the event of the event being cancelled by Boogaloo or by the hotel, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer your place to a new event (that would be your choice). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or deferments for any other reasons such as illness, or a change in personal circumstances.
